By using, accessing, browsing of the website or registering for our services, you accept and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions, whether or not you are a registered user. Please also read our Privacy Policy before you use any portion of the contents. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms of the Agreements, you should not proceed further. 
BloomED reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without advance notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated effective date. 1. Accounts
You need an account for most activities on our site. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information. You have complete responsibility of your account and all activities within your account, including any harm or damage caused by someone else using your account without your permission. Therefore keep your password safe. You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account without their permission. 

2. Payments, Credits, and Refunds
When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you aren’t happy with our services, you can deregister anytime. Excess payment will be refunded. 

2.1 Pricing
The prices of our services on BloomED are determined based on Pricing and Promotions Policy of our company. We regularly run promotions and sales for our services and certain services are only available at discounted prices for a set period of time. The price applicable to a service will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the service (at checkout). Any price offered for a particular service may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available to new users only.

2.2 Payments
BloomED works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods. We currently offer payment through ConnectIPS and direct banking channels. 

3. Content and Behavior Rules
You can only use BloomED for lawful purposes. You’re responsible for all content that you post on our site. We can ban your account for repeated or major offenses.

4. BloomED’s Rights
We own the BloomED Platform and Services, including our website, textbook content created by our team, database, and our logo. You can’t tamper with those or use them without authorization. Our platforms and services are protected by copyright & trademark laws in Nepal. 

5. Binding Agreement
You agree that by registering, accessing or using our Services, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with BloomED. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register, access, or otherwise use any of our Services.

6. Disclaimers
It may happen that our platform is down, either for planned maintenance or because something goes down with the site. We are not responsible for delay or failure of our performance of any of the services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, like natural disaster; electrical, internet, or telecommunication outage; or government restrictions.

8. Updating These Terms
From time to time, we may update these terms to clarify our practices and BloomED reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify  these terms at any time. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted.

10. Privacy policy
We take your privacy as one of our top most priority and work hard to protect your information. 

10.1 What data we collect?
We collect all relevant profile data from your registration and any other relevant data to analyse your learning needs and habits through performance data on practice questions, exam sheets and textbook content and time spent on the website.  

10.2. How we use your Data?
We use this data predominantly to identify your gaps and provide you with personalized practice questions and textbook content to support your learning journey. 

10.3. Who do we share your data with?
We share certain data about you with instructors and data enrichment providers.
